Interview
A while after online application, I received a phone call from corporate HR, when we discussed my background. Then an appointment was scheduled for the one-on-one interview in town at a hotel. It happened a month later and that took two days. First interview was with one dept assistant mgr, then a second interview with another dept manager.
The first manager asked me to sell her something and took a piece of jewelry off and handed it to me. I had to convince her to buy it and she did role playing. She asked me who my fashion role models were and why. The second manager was more chatty and wanted to get into my personality more. It was not at all about role playing.
The next day I met with the second manager again who offered me the job.

A few questions with someone then you’ll meet with a manager in a department they think you would good for. The department manager had me pick out an outfit for a pretend customer and describe why I picked certain items

Normal behavioral questions and questions related to retail experience/interest in fashion. Nice interviewer was low pressure experience. Interviewed by department manager. Heard back day of interview and started training very soon after.

Applied online. Got an email about a week later. Went in to a Seasonal Hiring Event. Interviewed with a manager. Most questions were situational questions. Very easy process. Offererred position on the spot.
