Pretty standard Behavioral Interview. They want to get to see your personality and learn about your interests/hobbies outside of work. 1 on 1 process with an Assistant Manager and the atmosphere was very relaxed.

Question 1
What experience do you have working with customers?
Very causal, less than 20 minutes. The manager asked very general questions about my work style, ability to work with others, and times when I’ve managed difficulty in the work environment.

Interview
They call you over the phone and ask you to explain your employment history. The interview seemed very rush and they did not call on time scheduled. They asked pretty basic questions otherwise.
