I applied online. I would says within a day or 2 I was emailed to schedule a phone interview, which ended up being pretty easy. The phone interview went so well I was almost positive a 2nd interview would be made, the lady sounded pleased with my answers. I was contacted for an interview at the store. I met with the manager of my soon to be department. She asked a lot of questions but they were not too bad. Took about a week to call me but I was offered the job over someone that was already chosen :).
