Applied on line, they called me the day after, inform the interview location. The new store at Sherway is hiring, interviewed at Downtown. Arrived 20 mins earlier, a lady told me to sit and wait. 5 mins late a HR from USA come and took me for turn 1. I applied for ladies department and handbag department which are on their website, and she asked me if I applied for Men's shoes department, I was literally shocked, no I didn't, I didn't see that coming. She said that's the only department that has vacancy, are you not interested? I don't want to come all the way here and do nothing, so I said I am interested. The Men shoes department manager knows that I want to be somewhere else but I said I can learn how to sell Men's shoes, she laughed, and she asked the most questions. She seems nice to me and I already like her. After 3 rounds of 1 on 1 interview, the final round is group interview by the store manager. She is cool, asked 5 different behavior questions to each of us. Nothing too hard to answer. The whole process last for 1h15mins.
