Interview
The phone interview was long, talking about commission sales and how you as a person would reach your goal. They want to hear you over the phone "how you articulate" but also get a understanding of how you performed at your job.
The questions vary, as some people already posted it is along those lines.
In person interview was similar and whats great is that you get to be interviewed with the dpt manager as well.

How well would you perform in a commission sales environment?
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
