Interview
I actually applied a few weeks ago and forgot about it, but they called me and asked to set up a time for a group interview. When i arrived, I told one of the cashiers that I was here for an interview and one of the department managers led me to the back. I was asked to sit in the break room with other employees and other candidates and within a few minutes, the store manager greeted me and took me to his office for the first interview. He asked basic questions such as my availability, whether i had any upcoming vacations, and why do i want to work at Nordstrom Rack. I had prior experience working at the full line Nordstrom, so he explained to me how Nordstrom Rack was different compared to Nordstrom and that it's all about team work. Afterwards he led me back to the break room, and told me to wait for my second interview. My second interview was with a department manager, and she went more in depth with the interview questions, asking different scenarios and customer service questions. Overall the interview wasn't too difficult. After the interview I was told that I would hear back from them in a few days.

Contacted me via email. Interviewed me and then wouldn’t return calls. We have been playing phone tag for weeks. AI is used for hiring and I think that should be revisited.
I attended during the hiring day, it was busy but the interview process was pretty straightforward and received an offer same day. I recommend attending early so you don’t have to wait so long.
Waited on a long line outside of the store for nearly three hours just to be met with a condescending bunch of hiring personnel. They seemed more annoyed at having to do their job as if they're on a high horse of some sort than actually caring, or pretending to care at the very least.
