I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Midtown Toronto, ON) in Jul 2018
Interview
I was called for a phone interview for the company. The interviewer called late, asked me my availability, and then said it wasn't right for the position and hung up. They could have saved me a lot of time by asking this on their website, and this happened for another subsequent position I applied for with them.
The interview was actually quite fun and straightforward. They didn’t try to throw in any trick questions, which made the whole experience feel more relaxed. The interviewer also seemed to be really in sync with me—almost like she already knew what I was going to say before I said it, which made the conversation flow naturally.

Interview
The interview process was actually a lot of fun and the questions were relative. It was one of the more relaxed interviews I've been through and I felt fairly comfortable the entire time.
