Interview
Online application followed by phone interview with HR representative. Next was an in-person interview with the same HR rep followed immediately by an interview the the department manager, both of which took place at the same time. The final step was a quick interview with the Store Manager. The most important interview is the in-person interview with the HR rep.

A few questions with someone then you’ll meet with a manager in a department they think you would good for. The department manager had me pick out an outfit for a pretend customer and describe why I picked certain items

Normal behavioral questions and questions related to retail experience/interest in fashion. Nice interviewer was low pressure experience. Interviewed by department manager. Heard back day of interview and started training very soon after.

Applied online. Got an email about a week later. Went in to a Seasonal Hiring Event. Interviewed with a manager. Most questions were situational questions. Very easy process. Offererred position on the spot.
