initially there is a phone interview, then if they are interested they will call you in for another face to face meeting. The whole interview process takes about a week, and then they will notify you by phone if you got the job and your compensation.

Question 1
There really are not any difficult or trick questions. Just use your common sense and problems solving skills and you should be fine. Some of the questions are scenarios that are retail and ethics related, so since it is a customer service oriented business, all the answers should be how you will service the customers, how you will go above and beyond to accomodate them, etc.

Interview
Applied online. About 2 weeks later received an "online "interview" which was a 3 minute process asking me what time was I available for a in person interview. Received 2 interviews on the day of the interview, with a tutor of the store. About a week later received a job offer. I had no sales experience.
