Interview
I had a total of two interviews. The first interview is where you are asked basic questions and then I was brought onto the sales floor to do a role play. The second interview is availability to work.
- Very easy and straightforward with a wonderful manager, only one interview and then was given offer shortly after which was great given that they wanted summer help. They were really only looking for full time, which I was ok with.
easy! attended the hiring event. You need to advocate and ask to interview for multiple departments in order to increase your chances of getting the job/dept you're looking for. interview process is repetitive but easy.
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
