Depending what manager you get but overall I was a manager for this company before and the process should take no more than 3 days after the initial interview. They ask you questions that are selected generic retail questions. they decide if they want you, then call to offer. It is easy to get a job here, however i wish they would do background checks for all employees because there is people that work at my store that should not have a job.

what was a time where you had to deal with an upset customer and how did you solve that issue for them?
- Very easy and straightforward with a wonderful manager, only one interview and then was given offer shortly after which was great given that they wanted summer help. They were really only looking for full time, which I was ok with.
easy! attended the hiring event. You need to advocate and ask to interview for multiple departments in order to increase your chances of getting the job/dept you're looking for. interview process is repetitive but easy.
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
