Interview
Nordstrom has a 2 step interview.
The first step is an interview from their head office thats going to ask what your availability etc. From there they send your resume to a department whom they think your resume suits best.
The second step is your interview with the department manager and assistant. They are super friendly and will ask you many questions on how you personalize any experience with your customers. Nordstrom is looking for a candidate who can give above and beyond service 24/7.

Question 1
Explain when you had a difficult experience with a customer?
- Very easy and straightforward with a wonderful manager, only one interview and then was given offer shortly after which was great given that they wanted summer help. They were really only looking for full time, which I was ok with.
easy! attended the hiring event. You need to advocate and ask to interview for multiple departments in order to increase your chances of getting the job/dept you're looking for. interview process is repetitive but easy.
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
