Phone interview and lengthy call from recruiter. I enjoy learning about the company as well as sharing my passion for customer service and working as a team to provide an amazing customer experience. Easy over the phone with recruiter. This was done over two phone calls. Was hired very quickly afterwards but you should specify what time zone you are in for zero confusion.
They talk to you like a human being and make you feel like you belong. It’s not even an interview, it’s more of getting to know you and discussing the nature of the job with you.
