This is a shame for a company like Nordstrom who promotes diversity and equality to hire a racist recruiter who doesn't care about your skills and talents and disqualifies you because of your accent and nationality. She was pissed from the very first moment she started talking to me on the phone and I'm sure she never passed my portfolio to the hiring manager and rejected me by herself only because of her "White Racial Bias" against immigrants and black people. She finished the conversation ten minutes early and mentioned there are many "Strong" candidate for this position! Very unprofessional and rude. She was not interested in talking to me at all even knowing I'm a super talented designer with a great portfolio and can handle the job %100 better than her white fellows! She didn't even give me a chance to talk about my work and experience but asked about my work visa once she started her conversation.
