No formal interview. Dressed up to meet Department manager. Went over the departments needs, and what my responsibilities would be. Walked the floor. Went over team strengths, and opportunities, and my availability. I think I was chosen based off of my appearance. (Dressed rather trendy for a trendy department). Smile alot, and talk numbers!!!
