Applied online and received and e-mail next day scheduling a phone interview. Interviewer called me two hours late without apologizing, waited 2 hours at a desk - waiting for that phone call and yes, I was in the correct time zone. It was my first phone interview so I feel like I didn't do as well since I love in-person interviews.

What about Nordstrom rack makes you want to work here?
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
