l appied online...then i had a phone interview took about 3 weeks.. i was then set up with a store interview with the depts, mangers they were very nice to talk to..
I had an 11 o'clock interview got there at 10:45am they took me right away asked my availability I said 8am to 3pm being I have classes at 4pm can only work day shift and I have part time work on Saturday and Sunday she said they usual like ppl to have open availability starting from 6am to 11pm which I didn't see why when the position was only 15-20hrs.The interview was ok a little awkward as usual but I could tell she wasn't too fond of me and btw I do have 8 years experience in customer service.
