First Phone interview then an in person interview with department manager. Questions on experiences and how would You handle different situations. Then a walk of the department and stock room where you are giving test on how to sale the item your going to be working aside if hired.

Interview
The interview process was very smooth. I waited in the waiting area for about 5 minutes before the department manager greeted me. It was not very intimidating, and was very conversational. Many of the questions asked were quite standard. It was helpful to me that I had done a lot of research and case studies on Nordstrom at my university which helped me during my interview process.
