I was really excited to apply for the topshop position online, five days later i received an email inviting me to a phone interview. I have never been interviewed on the phone and I was not sure how well will i do. The HR lady asked some basic questions and I answered to the best of my knowledge based on my previews experience she said thank you we will contact you again which sounded pretty bad. But i knew I must have screwed up.
You do an initial screening with HireVue, simple straight forward questions. Once you pass that round, you then meet with a Buyer and an Assortment Planner who ask more in depth, well rounded questions on business experience, team leadership, analytics, etc.
