They are very aggressive at getting you in to interview. Quite polite during the process however show little respect for your current position or background. I feel like they wasted a lot of my time asking me back for multiple interviews given the follow up that was provided to me

Hiring manager will then call within a couple of business days, with an answer
The process is a little slow. They do seem to favor candidates from inside stores over outside of stores. Even candidates with less experience who have worked for them are favored

Depending on the location the timing when waiting to hear back can be tricky especially if your applying from in house. Once chosen for a new position expect to start quickly.
