Interview
3 weeks. Set-up an interview that you'll receive thru email. Got a phone interview, first then was scheduled to meet two different department managers. Got asked tons of behavioral questions. I feel Human Resources should do the job of interviewing future candidates because department managers can be biased on to whether they like a candidate or not. They can't even fake it, they asked me set of questions and listed down the answers like two-three words each time I answer. What a waste of time.

Interview
I applied online and received an email about a week or so later setting up a phone interview. The phone "interview" was just asking me my availability and then I was set up with an in-person interview. I was given a tour of the store and then had an interview with a department manager. The store manager then came in and gave me my second interview immediately after. I was then offered a position.
