Interview
I applied online for the Retail Management Internship in San Francisco. I was contacted with a week and was offered a phone interview. The questions in the phone interview were pretty standard:
"Why do you want to work for Nordstrom?"
"Describe prior leadership experience"
"What factors are most important when leading a team?"
Ultimately, I thought the interview went well but was not given the job because I had no retail experience.
