Interview
I applied in early December and had my first phone interview on January 4th. A week or two following that I was asked to come into the store for a panel interview. The panel consisted of the Women's Shoe department manager and two HR representatives. All three were very laid back, which made the interview process very comfortable. I was asked basic STAR questions about my personality and how I handle situations. Then I was asked how I felt about working off commission. Finally, I was asked to select and item from the table and sell it to them.

Lots of STAR questions. Selling a product to the interviewers. How do you feel about working on commission? What's an example where you gave excellent customer service? How would you go about selling a product?
Great!! It wasn’t too difficult at all the interview process was super smooth it was on higher view so it was virtual which I had never done but it definitely was a good change that I needed and it was great experience.
