I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nordstrom in Nov 2013
Interview
I applied online through the Nordstrom career portal. Received a phone call from the recruiter and had a short phone screen. A few days later I received an phone call from the manager. She asked me a few questions about kids and kids fashion, fairly easy. I got hired based off of the phone interview because it was right around Thanksgiving and they needed people for the Holiday season
