Interview
Quick phone interview then scheduled 1:1 with an HR rep. Asked very basic questions about customer service and retail experience. They also ask you which department you see yourself thriving in. Next step is interview with a department manager where they asked more specific questions relating to the department you choose. At the end they ask you to sell them an outfit or item of your choice to test your selling skills.

Describe an instance where you provided exceptional customer service
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
