Interview
I arrived to my interview 15 minutes prior to the assigned time and they took me in early. Interview was pretty straight forward. Took me in a room and asked me about myself and how my experiences can relate to this position. Really general interview questions. After the interview, I was shown around the store to get a feeling of how an everyday routine would occur. Next day, I received an email saying I got in. It was as simple as that.

Walk-in interview with a manager during the summer sale period. Asked me a few questions, before following up saying I had the job. Filled out a formal application online and then I was officially hired.
I applied online. I interviewed at Nordstrom (New York, NY)
Interview
My first interview was with a logistics manager who had a long list of questions that were all easy besides the behavioral questions. After that I had a group interview with the store manager and another candidate. All she asked was to tell her about my work history and what customer service means to me.
The first interviewer told me it would take a week for me to move to the next step, but it actually took two weeks for the regional manager to call me to set up an interview with her. She asked about my work history, why I am interested in logistics, and how I will be able to provide good customer service. The next day she called me with a job offer.
It is an easy interview process as long as you prepare your responses and prepare a lot of good questions to ask the managers.
