No difficult questions . Most questions were about customer service. How I get along with other employees and Managers. They also asked about career goals and if I was willing to relocate.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nordstrom in Nov 2014
Interview

What was truly disconcerting is the fact that the hours were never described in detail. A rosy picture was painted about the role with statements like: "you won't have to do the work, just manage it"
