Interview
First apply online under the careers tab. Then you'll make a profile set up to an email account. You'll answer a long survey to complete the profile and then apply for listed positions. Only apply for designer if you have experience selling, not just shopping. If you just want the discount you're not right for the company. If your application fits what they want then you'll get a phone call to set up a phone screen. If your phone screen is good you'll be scheduled for an in person interview with the department manager of the department you're interviewing for.
Enjoyable interview and similar questions had been asked on the phone interview. Be confident and dress nicely yet fashion forward.

Interview
Very standardized interview with the department manager, all behavioral questions, was a little repetitive. Only one interview round. Make sure to ask about commission payout because it differs by department.

Tell me about yourself/walk me through your resume. Do you have any sales experience?
Very simple, just an online interview followed by in-person. Asked about past experience and situational questions dealing with customers. Nothing too hard but always remain customer-oriented. Got my offer the following day and started the following week.
