I applied online on Thursday April 30th, and heard back as soon as the next day! Interview was fairly simple, nothing out of the ordinary. Offered me a drink ( which was a first), and asked very basic guest and restaurant type questions.

Initial phone call, interview and offer within 3 days. Call consisted of basic stuff like availability and brief run-through of resume and job responsibilities. Set interview for 3 days later (over the weekend), interview was barely 10 minutes and was mostly just the manager talking. Got a call 3 hours later that I had the job and started 2 days later.

I was very nervous, but the manager was very down to earth and we actually shared a few laughs. There was no negotiations, it is 9$ an hour. Very easy questions. The most difficult question probably was, name a time when you went above and beyond for a customer
