Interview
i applied online and received an email to set up a phone interview. the phone interview was 2 days later and they asked me about my previous experience with customer service and commission based selling. Lasted about 5 minutes, very simple, and the lady on the phone set me up with an interview with HR. The phone interview was on a Friday and my 1:1 interview was that following wednesday. They asked me a lot of the same questions about customer service, my greatest sales accomplishment, and dealing with angry customers. Lasted about 20 minutes. I received a call about a week later to set up an interview with the department manager. The department manager asked me all of the same questions over again and also about where i saw myself in the future. After that got a call about a week later and was offered the job.
- Very easy and straightforward with a wonderful manager, only one interview and then was given offer shortly after which was great given that they wanted summer help. They were really only looking for full time, which I was ok with.
easy! attended the hiring event. You need to advocate and ask to interview for multiple departments in order to increase your chances of getting the job/dept you're looking for. interview process is repetitive but easy.
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
