Interview
Received an email a few days after applying online asking for a phone interview. Conducted phone interview with basic behavioral questions/availability questions. Was asked to schedule an in-person interview with HR. Was asked more behavior questions during the in-person interview and was given a few options of which places they had availability (teen accessories, handbags, etc...). Was asked to sell my handbag. Then the handbag department manager gave me a tour of her department and interviewed me as well. This was all during the same in-person interview. Was given a call a few days later with a job offer.
- Very easy and straightforward with a wonderful manager, only one interview and then was given offer shortly after which was great given that they wanted summer help. They were really only looking for full time, which I was ok with.
easy! attended the hiring event. You need to advocate and ask to interview for multiple departments in order to increase your chances of getting the job/dept you're looking for. interview process is repetitive but easy.
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
