First step was a interview over video where you record yourself answering prerecorded questions.
Next round asked to meet in person, but since i couldn't make it we did a 30 minute phone interview

Question 1
Lots of behavioral based questions. How you feel about commission. Lots of team related questions. How you would make a customer go through with a sale. Asked how you keep up with fashion trends. Followed by what social media accounts you follow, any designers, famous actors etc.. Asked to pick one item and sell the interviewers on it.
The interview process was ok. It was a digital interview. Some of the questions threw me off. Come prepared about the company’s history. If your prepared you should be fine.

Very personable and overall encouraging interview experience beginning with portfolio/resume submission. Employees are wonderful people and the overall experience interviewing was streamlined and positive. I would highly recommend this experience and this company.

I met with HR where they asked a few basic interview questions. At the end, I had to do a selling exercise of different items. It was overall laid back, and they wanted to get a sense of if I could interact with customers
