Applied online then got an email about a phone interview to determine if they want to see you in person. Then casual one on one interview with department manager. They want to get an idea of how professional your are and if you're engaging. After talking in a small interview room the manager asked if I wanted to go check out the department. I said I'd love to. We walked the department (TBD) and discussed possible shopping scenarios. She showed me how sales were rung up and client books were kept. We discussed the importance of follow up and customer service. Very casual. It was all about experience in retail sales, and if your personality is a good fit.
