I applied online and received a phone call a few days later to set up a telephone interview. I was then called at the time and date we arranged and was asked basic questions like why I wanted to work there and what I would do in certain situations. At the end of the phone interview, he asked me which location I was most interested in working in so we could set up an in-person interview for the next day. The next day, I went in for the in-person interview and was directed to the back by one of the managers. From there, I was introduced to the manager who would be interviewing me. She asked me the same questions as the person on the phone (why I wanted to work there, situational questions, etc.). After that, she called in another manager who asked me basically the same questions. At the end, yet another manager came in and showed me around the store and told me how they functioned. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. That concluded the interview process. A few days later, I received a call from the first manager who interviewed me offering me the position. I accepted.
