Met with the Jewelry Dept. Manager. She made me feel very comfortable. Very laid back interview. Asked me: Why Nordstrom? Strengths? Weaknesses? What do I think about commission? What is healthy competition among employers mean? What is an example of great customer service? At the end, she had me sell her a piece of merchandise.
