I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2013
Interview
Had a short phone interview process with Nicole, the recruiting officer and then was given an online test. Once I passed I was invited to come into the office downtown and met with Connie, one of the lead managers. After interviewing with her I took a typing test followed by other surveyed tests. The interview process was very streamlined and everyone was professional and polite. The culture has and always seems to be very friendly.
