Interview
Applied online, got an e-mail about a day later to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was easy, lasted maybe about 5 minutes. I was asked to come in to the store for a one-on-one interview. That interview was pretty easy too, the woman interviewing me was super nice and friendly, and that interview lasted maybe 15 minutes. She told me she would call me later that day to tell me if I got the job or not. Got a call about an hour later telling me I got the job.

I applied online, I didn't have much work experience and it was one of my first jobs. A few days later I got a call to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was very basic and then I was later called back for an in person interview. I was nervous because this was one of my first interviews, but the HR person who interviewed me made me feel very comfortable.
