Applied online, called about interest in the postion. Within a couple of days they contacted me for a phone interview. The phone interview was standard in nature ; customer service/restaurant industry based questions. They asked me to come in for the in person interview a few days later. 1:1 was a more casual interaction that involved more of a discussion of the nature of working in the the Nordstrom restraunt division. Process involved coming into contact with multiple managers.
