Interview
You show up, one of the managers meets you. You go to the cafe outside the store and talk about sales experience as well as hypothetical scenarios such as what to do if you're not performing well or if a customer asks about an item that you don't know about. Then you go inside the store into the dept and you do a quick walk through of the cases. The manager then pretends to be a customer with specific needs. Key: ask questions! "Where are you going?" "what color is your outfit?" "what is your price budget?"

Normal behavioral questions and questions related to retail experience/interest in fashion. Nice interviewer was low pressure experience. Interviewed by department manager. Heard back day of interview and started training very soon after.
