It was a very casual interview process. My interviewer brought me outside of the store and sat down at a table near the entrance to this Nordstrom. The entire process was very casual and informal, this interview took roughly 10 min.

Apply on June 7, got called on June 11, interviewed on June 14. Fast processing. The Interview was a rush. After the interview got a call back on Saturday, June 16 about she made the decision to go for another candidate. Im okay with that but she had added in about my experience. It was so unprofessional. She said “I think you should gain more experience in other retail store before applying to this position”. After she said that my mind was blown away. This position that I apply for is seasonal and when it comes to seasonal... the candidates are either exploring or want to gain new experience in a position or both. And in the interview I told her that I am here to learn new things and gain experience. I am not going to lead out the name is but if you applied for seasonal retail stock and fulfillment at San Francisco Centre... you know who is it. Literally... the job post didn’t even indicate how many years experience you need in this position, it only had what they preferred (wishes). This position is a entry level. If they want to look for someone that has experience then don’t say preferred.. should of said requires. Sorry Nordstrome, I didn’t want to give a negative interview review but after that call... I had to write this. She is so unprofessional. How can she be a manager?! Hurting the candidate’s feeling more.
