Filled out the online questionnaire, but did not receive a call from HR, so I followed up personally with HR at the store. She scheduled me to come in for an interview a couple days later. I went in, dressed appropriately, and was placed in what looked like a room for interviews. I waited a while has she was having a problem with a customer. In the mean time, another manager there asked me if I needed water or anything. Very polite. Eventually, the hiring manager came in and we introduced each other and the interview began. It was a rather short interview, maybe 20 minutes, with seemingly basic questions. I didn't have to sell an item or go down to the floor like most interviewees that I'd read on here. When it was over, she walked me out and told me she'd call me within 48-72 hours. She never called.
