Very laid back. Because it was an internship and I wasn't in the state there were a couple phone interviews that occurred over the course of 2 weeks. Was in close contact with the person who was over the process. Kept in touch weekly about the status and steps to proceed with. The phone interviews weren't tough at all. They asked the normal interview questions about what drives you and sets you apart from the rest. These were just to gauge your answers and to set you apart from the other interviews they conducted.
The interview process was ok. It was a digital interview. Some of the questions threw me off. Come prepared about the company’s history. If your prepared you should be fine.
