Great! Very informative. Be yourself and be sure to give great details regarding your experience. Although, the interview is great. The job details continue to change but the job pay does not.
If chosen for an initial interview, you will complete a recorded video interview first. The questions are fairly general compared to most employers, “tell us about yourself, how does your experience align with the role, etc.” This role is a remote position as of right now so there are a few specific questions about whether you can work in a distraction free environment or not.

Question 1
What does diversity, inclusion, equality, and belonging mean to you? How do you feel D.I.E.B. impacts company culture?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nordstrom in Feb 2023
Interview
I applied online for a remote position and completed a HireVue virtual interview. You're given a prompt, and then you have 2 chances to record and submit your response. The questions ask a bit about your background and if you're comfortable in a remote call center environment. Lastly, I was invited to a Teams meeting with a hiring manager. She was very friendly, talked about the role, asked me what I knew about Nordstrom, and asked me questions about my work experience. They offered me a starting $16.50/hr, and they require you to be available summer and winter, during the busiest times.
