Apply on their career page on the website ( it is about a 4 page application process). If they feel there is an opportunity they will contact you about the next round. It's hard because a lot of people never hear back and there is nothing you can do. The next step is a phone interview which lasted about 15 minutes, they asked general questions and scenario questions. Next would be a skype interview or in person interview with similar questions.
