I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Cedar Rapids, IA)
Interview
Initially, you have a 10-15 minute phone screening with someone in HR. If you do well with that interview, you are set up with an in person interview with either the department manager, assistants or leads of the area you applied for. The in person interview can seem overwhelming, not because of the interview, but more from the sensory over load you experience during the tour of the building.
