Applied online and filled out assessment. I received an email the next morning requesting to schedule a phone interview which the earliest time was for the following week. They have a two hour window of when to expect the call and the lady called 10 minutes before time was up. Typical/very basic interview questions as to Why Nordstrom, have you had sales experience and just learn more about you. Once that was passed they'll refer you to come in for a in person interview with the manager of a dept that you may or may not have applied to. Read pre written questions to you and may write things you say down. Personally had two different dept managers speaks with me. The one who was more interested took me to the sales floor for a role play (which I was prepared for). They just want to see your selling ability. After interview I was told if interested still I would be contacted. Was contacted the next day to come in the same day if possible. Spoke with another dept manager and store manager. I was asked more question and learned more about the dept. Was told I would hear from someone within the next day. Still waiting. Applied Tuesday, Phone Interview following Tuesday, 1:1 Thursday, last interview Friday.
