I applied on Online and took the assessment test. Got a email to schedule an interview over the phone. Interview went well on the phone. Then I had to do a group interview. That went well, simple questions like what do you think customer service it. Then I got a call that day to do another interview... yes another interview for sales. I thought it was pointless because they asked the same questions and yet again ask me to pick out an outfit and sell it to them. They keep telling me they are taking their time looking for the right person. No call back yet. It has been 1 week.

A few questions with someone then you’ll meet with a manager in a department they think you would good for. The department manager had me pick out an outfit for a pretend customer and describe why I picked certain items

Normal behavioral questions and questions related to retail experience/interest in fashion. Nice interviewer was low pressure experience. Interviewed by department manager. Heard back day of interview and started training very soon after.
