Pretty simple, sat in the Cafe for a couple of questions from the Men's Shoes manager. Very relaxed vibe. After the interview I was offered a position on the spot, introduced to the rest of the team I would be working with and got to tour the stock room to familiarize myself.

I had gotten a phone interview with a random area code. The hiring associate asked my availability then asked 3 questions. The vibe seemed pretty face paced but don’t feel like you need to follow it.
