I applied online. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Portland, OR) in Jul 2015
Interview
I was screened over the internet after submitting my resume and answering a lot of questions on the Taleo site. This took quite a bit of time. Dates and words had to be exact or it wouldn't allow you to save it and would prompt you back to start over (kind of a pain). I then had to meet with an Asst. Dept. Manager (once) and the rep of the company (once) in person to interview. These turned out to be on separate days because of schedules so not the most convenient. I then had a final interview/conversation with department manager. In all it was about a month from start to finish to get an offer and then another two weeks to start a training class.
