I applied on their website and after a month or so I receives a phone call from one of the managers about coming in to receive and interview. I came in a week later and set with one of the managers for the department I was applying to and we went to get coffee and talked for maybe 15 minutes while she took down some notes and then told me she would call me within a few days to let me know if i had gotten the job or not.

A few questions with someone then you’ll meet with a manager in a department they think you would good for. The department manager had me pick out an outfit for a pretend customer and describe why I picked certain items

Normal behavioral questions and questions related to retail experience/interest in fashion. Nice interviewer was low pressure experience. Interviewed by department manager. Heard back day of interview and started training very soon after.
